SoCal weather has been a bit schizophrenic lately. Cold and rainy one day, 94 degrees and sunny the next. But extreme weather aside, there have been a few perfect "winter" days where the crisp, clear air calls for a cozy, romantic day at the beach. 

We hit the Santa Monica Pier on one such afternoon to show how effortless cool-weather dressing in L.A. is done.
