Street Style: Brian Lichtenberg for Forever 21 Launch Party

Forever 21, one of the original purveryors of fast fashion, has — curiously —never before done a designer collaboration. Until now, that is. For their first foray into the collaboration game, the yellow-bag retailer invited L.A. designer Brian Lichtenberg to create a line of 80s-inspired T-shirts, launching in stores today.

And though Lichtenberg's body-hugging cut out dresses aren't present in the collection, his usual brand of glitter, glitz and Lady Gaga-esque yellow police tape can be seen everywhere (the man did outfit Gaga for her Telephone video, after all).

We stopped by the Beverly Center last night for line's launch party and asked guests to regale us with tales about their police-line crossing ways. This is what we found.
